Shipping & Returns

Perishable products (fruit and baked goods) cannot be returned. Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department (ask for Cindie) and sent to our return mailing address. If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!

Delivery & Shipping
We ship gifts nationwide via UPS. We typically hand-deliver gifts that are within a 15-20 radius of Baskets Galore. However, we may chose to UPS gifts instead.

Baskets Galore does not ship chocolate products between April and September. We reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal or greater value if necessary. Ribbon and enhancements may vary depending on availability. A $15 fee will be charged for any package returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address.

Shipping Costs
We ship nationwide from Monday to Thursday. We normally ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are based on size, weight, and destination of the gift. For web orders, you will be informed of the shipping cost during the gift checkout process. For orders placed over the phone or via email, the shipping cost is identified at the time the gift is shipped.

Special handling fees may apply to oversized items or delivery in a rural area. Local delivery fees typically range from $9.00 to $16.00 depending on address (per location).

Local Delivery
Residential delivery fees vary according to location. To protect your gift, we will need the recipient's phone number (we will not leave the gift outside without the recipient's knowledge). For corporate orders, please call (330) 220-0088 to discuss in-person delivery rates. Delivering multiple gifts to one location does not incur a rate for each gift.

Baskets Galore does not usually ship to hospitals, because patients are discharged quickly. If the patient is in for an extended period of time, please provide a hospital phone number for verification. Baskets are typically NOT accepted by an Intensive Care Unit.
