We offer UPS, local delivery (Medina County and most of Cuyahoga County), or pickup.

Baskets Galore does not ship chocolate products between April and September. We reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal or greater value if necessary. Ribbon and enhancements may vary depending on availability. A $15 fee will be charged for any package that is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Costs

We ship nationwide via UPS ground from Monday to Thursday.

• Up to $24.95 = $10.95 S/H
• $25.00-$34.95 = $12.95 S/H
• $35.00-$49.95 = $13.95 S/H
• $50.00-$74.95 = $14.95 S/H
• $75.00-$99.95 = $16.95 S/H
• $100.00-$124.95 = $18.95 S/H
• $125.00-$149.95 = $20.95 S/H
• $150.00-$174.95 = $22.95 S/H
• $175.00-$200.00 = $26.95 S/H

Special handling fees may apply to oversized items. Local delivery fees range from $7.95 to $14.95 depending on address (per location).

Local Delivery

Residential delivery fees vary according to location. To protect your gift, we will need the phone number of the recipient, as we will not leave the gift outside without the recipient's knowledge.

For corporate orders, please call 330-220-0088 to discuss delivery rates. Shipping multiple gifts to one location does not incur a rate for each gift.

Hospitals

Baskets Galore does not usually ship to hospitals, since patients are discharged so quickly. If the patient is in for an extended period of time, please provide a hospital phone number for verification. Baskets will NOT be accepted by an Intensive Care Unit.
